Sorry to hear you’re leaving! To cancel your Detectify subscription, simply navigate to Billing and remove your billing details.
If you would like us to completely remove your account, just send us an email at support@detectify.com with your details and we will delete all your data. If you have more than one user in your team, please let us know whether you would only like to remove a user account or the entire team (the latter completely removes your account). Please note that removing your account will delete all your scan history.
For security reasons, we will ask you to send us a confirmation email before we delete your Detectify account.
