What happens if my payment fails?

If, when your payment is due, we fail to charge your card, we will make two additional attempts within the following week. If we are not successful, we will assume that you have decided to leave our service.

In rare instances, we may make a few additional attempts within a month of the failed payment.  Please note that if you subsequently decide to reactivate your account, new prices may apply irrespective of what price plan you were previously on. This is also applicable to "grandfathered" accounts.  See our up-to-date prices here:
